ispublic
	1 - Everyone may view this forum and post messages to it.  Note that the user still has to be logged-in to make a new post, but rather does not have to be subscribed.
	2 - Everyone may view messages on this forum, but only subscribed members can post to it.
	3 - Only people who are subscribed may view or post messages to this forum.

isclosed
	0 - Default setting.  Forum is open for business as usual.
	1 - Forum is closed.  Nobody may view the forum or post new messages to it.
	2 - Forum is closed to new posts.  People may still view existing messages posted to it.
	3 - Same as option 1, except forum remains open for admins.
	4 - Same as option 2, except forum remains open for admins.

subscriptionpolicy
	0 - Do not allow any new subscriptions.
	1 - Allow new subscription requests and automatically approve them.
	2 - Allow new subscription requests but require approval from an admin or moderator (with approrpiate privileges).
	3 - Allow new subscriptions by invitation only.

fvisible
	0 - Forum will not appear on any lists (except for "my forums").
	1 - Forum appears on forum lists.

fdigestdefault
	NOTE - This setting merely specifies the default option when a user is subscribed to this forum.  Users can always change their digest preferences on any forum to any other option in this list.
	0 - User does not receive any email digest messages for this forum.
	1 - User receives all email digest messages for this forum.
	2 - User receives email digest messages for new topics, but not for replies to existing topics.
	3 - Same as option 2, except user will receive a notification that there has been one or more replies (this notification is only sent once, regardless of how many replies are subsequently posted).  This notice will not contain the actual reply, but merely a link to the topic in question.

maxpostsperday
	0 - Unlimited posts.
	# - Any other number greater than 0 applies to posts made within the last 24-hour period.  Calendar days are not used as a metric.

maxpostsperhour
	0 - Unlimited posts (not to exceed maxpostsperday).
	# - Any other number greater than 0 applies to posts made within the last 24-hour period.  Calendar days are not used as a metric.  If this value exceeds maxpostsperday, then the maximum daily limit is imposed anyway without regard to this value.


Table:  Posts

A cronjob-activated script will take any posts greater than 15 minutes old (since last edit) and email them out accordingly.  The post is then "locked" and cannot be edited or deleted.  It is recommended that the cronjob script run once every 5 minutes.
