Bridged Ethernet Networking

The Bridged Ethernet type of networking allows to access real network outside Virtual Machine, Local Area Network and/or Internet, via Ethernet adapter installed on host computer. The current version of the Parallels Workstation supports only Ethernet adapters. This Ethernet adapter should support promiscuous mode, as described in Hardware Requirements.

To access LAN and Internet, configure the Virtual Machine:

• in Virtual Machine Network adapter options select Bridged Ethernet type of networking in Emulation group and choose proper network adapter in the list,
• configure network options in guest operating system.
