License Agreement

STICKUMS LICENSE AGREEMENT

By using Stickums, you accept and abide by this Stickums License Agreement. Please read the following carefully. Stickums comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY either expressed or implied.

i. STICKUMS WARRANTY INFORMATION

This program comes "as is" and is provided with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY either expressed or implied. The risk as to the use and the quality of the program is with you. Should the program prove defective in anyway, you will assume the resulting costs incurred. THE USE OF THIS PROGRAM IS DONE SO ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

ii. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF STICKUMS

Stickums is distributed as SHAREWARE. You may use it for a 30-day trial period beginning with the date of the program's first execution. The 30-day trial period is for evalution purposes only. Continued use of the program after the 30-day trial period requires registration of Stickums. After this trial period, Stickums will be disabled and will only allow you to enter a registration key. You may view how many days you have remaining of your trial period by viewing the "About" box.

A registered copy of Stickums may be installed on multiple machines or network PROVIDED THAT ONLY ONE COPY OF THE PROGRAM WILL BE RUNNING AT ANY GIVEN TIME.

iii. COPYING AND DISTRIBUTION OF STICKUMS

The registered version of Stickums may NOT be distributed. In addition, the software registration keys may NOT be distributed by any means.

The distribution of the shareware version of Stickums is permitted and encouraged. This may be done via any media provided that the distribution is complete and all files are original and unmodified. You cannot charge for the program itself, but you may charge a reasonable and ethical fee for the time involved with its distribution and for the cost of the distribution media.

You may not claim ownership or authorship of Stickums.
