GPA Calculator Instructions:

1. Enter the credit hours that the class is worth in the "Credit Hours" box.

2. Then enter the letter grade you achieved in the "Letter Grade" box.

3. Press enter. Do this for each class you wish to include in your GPA total. (as many as you need)

4. If you have any GPA scores from previous semesters you can enter them into the boxes on left 
     and the GPA calculator will figure them in with the grades you are currently figuring.
    
5. When you have entered all of the necessary grades including any prior GPA scores, press "Calculate". 
    Your Grade Point Average will be displayed in the "GPA" box.
    Your Total Quality Points and Total Credit Hours will be displayed in the Totals boxes for the 
    individual grades you entered into the "Credit Hours" and "Letter Grade" boxes.
    Credit Hours Attempted is the total number of credit hour you would receive if you pass every
    class. This is displayed in the "Credit Hours Attempted" box.

After you have entered your grades and pressed "Calculate" each set of values is displayed in 
   three list boxes. If you need to reference back to a grade to see if you typed in the 
   correct values etc.. click on the grade in question and the corresponding values will be 
   highlighted in the other list boxes. 


The "Clear Values" button is to clear the "Credit Hours" and "Letter Grade" boxes only.

The "Enter" button calculates the credit hours and letter grade you enter and puts them into
     the "Quality Points", "Letter Grade", and "Credit Hours" list boxes.

The "Calculate" button totals all grades and/or GPA scores you entered for you TOTAL GPA. 

The "Start Over" button will clear everything.
 
The "Exit" button closes the program.
