Both your name and product key are case sensitive. Because the product key is tied to your name, you must type your name and the product key exactly as you have received it, including correct case, and all spaces and periods. There are, however, no spaces in the product key, nor do any leading or trailing spaces in the name matter. Besides alphanumeric characters, the product key may have other special characters, such as brackets or punctuation. If the program rejects the key, be sure that there are no typos in your name or the product key, and that both have the exact same capitalization as in your received key.
