Can I send my presentation to someone so that they can view it?
Yes, When you PUBLISH your presentation, the program will package up all the needed files to run your presentation and make it into a single self-extracting EXE. You can then send this EXE file to someone through EMAIL or put it up for download on your web site. The EXE file will run on any windows computer. You can also put your presentation on a CD-ROM.

Can I make my presentation into a Windows Screen Saver?
Yes, when you publish your presentation, just select the "Create Screen Saver" tab. The program will make your presentation into a single EXE Install program. You can then send this EXE program to anyone and when they run it, it will install your presentation on their computer as a Window Screen Saver.

What operating system will the presentations run on.
Presentation Publisher supports Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 (All 32-bit versions of Windows)

What image files types are supported?
JPG, GIF, BMP, WMF, DIB, JIF, PCX, PNG, RLE, TGA, WPG and TIF (uncompressed)
For the best performance with Presentation Publisher we recommend using the .JPG picture format.

What audio files types are supported?
WAV, MID, RMI, MP3

What type of WEB server can I put my Published WEB presentations on?
When you publish your presentation as a "WEB Presentation", Presentation Publisher makes your slides into standard HTML files. You can place these files on any type of WEB server.

My WEB browser does not come up?
If this happens it means your system does not have a default browser installed. When you first run Internet Explorer or Netscape or similar browser is should ask you if you want to make it your default browser. You should answer YES.

How come my colors don't look correct?
This program was optimized to run in 16-bit or higher color modes. If your windows display settings are set at 256 colors or below, your pictures may look distorted. To change your color mode, click on the Windows START button, then SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL, DISPLAY. Then click on the SETTINGS tab. For best results, set the color mode to 24-bit or 32-bit color.

Why don't my MP3 files play?
You must have the "Windows Media Player" installed on your system. If this is not installed, you can download and install this from the Microsoft web site at
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/en/download/default.asp

Note: MP3 files require a lot of system resources to play. Depending on your system configuration you may notice a loss in audio or video effect quality when viewing a presentation.

Can I sell my published presentations?
No, currently Presentation Publisher cannot be used for commercial purposes.

Is there a limit on the number of pictures or sounds I can include in my presentation?
No, there is no limit.
