Main Page
The Presentation Publisher main page is your starting point while working with the program. The main page is designed to allow you to quickly navigate to the other sections of the program.
Active Presentation - This is a drop down list that contains a list of your created presentations. The selected presentation file is your "active presentation" that can be viewed, edited, or removed.
Note: To remove the active presentation definition, click on the "X" next to the drop down list. Remember that when you delete a Presentation, you are not deleting the actual pictures and sound files that the presentation is using. Presentation Publisher just records where the files are located on your system and uses "links" to them. If you move a picture or audio file after you have included it in your presentation, you will need to re-define it's location the next time you edit your presentation so that Presentation Publisher will be able to find it. (Presentation Publisher will automatically tell you that the file is missing and ask you to re-define it's location).
New - Allows you start creating a new presentation.
Edit - Allows you to edit the active presentation.
View - Allows you to view the active presentation.
Publish - Allows you to access the Publishing wizard that allows you to turn
your presentations into stand alone slide shows, web pages, and even screen
savers.
How To Register - This brings up a form that provides information on how to register this program.
About - Information about the current version and system settings.
Help - Allows you to view the help file.
Web Page - Visit the Presentation Publisher home page on the internet.
Exit - Close down the program and exit.
