What's New in ASCON ?

New interface allows much faster finding, browsing and viewing contact details

Has 'Alphabet quick jump' on the Left hand side of the screen, and allows any combination of fields to be displayed at once - you can sort by these fields by clicking on the column header

Ability to import from CSV files (exported contacts from Excel CSV, Outlook, Outlook Express or Palm)

Contacts can be exported to CSV

You can now choose ANY fields on the screen or the printed reports

Example contacts database included which allows you to see the results of ALL the reports

Bulk emailer works with groups or selected contacts - also includes standard editable templates for commonly used emails (ie 'thanks for your order', 'here is the info on our product [nnnn]'

Option to display contact details in a web page (works if IE is installed on machines greater than 233Mhz)

NEW - utility 'MergeContacts' merges data from mutliple ASCON databases (and CSV files) and automatically removes duplicates, re-indexes and standardizes the date formats
