  Rundll32Kill 1.1

Rundll32Kill is a fairly small program that will automatically close
the 'Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working' error window.
This window pops up due to an error in the Vista operating system and
usually does not have any bearing on the offending program that caused
the Rundll32 error. The program should only close the above error
window and not interfere with other error messages. The program is
invisible to the desktop and if it should need to be manually closed,
press the Shift/Alt/BackSpace keys simultaneously. It is necessary to
manually close Rundll32Kill in this manner or the dynamic link library
will not be properly unloaded and the program will not work properly
again until the computer is rebooted. It is not necessary to manually
close the program before shutting down or restarting the computer.

Any program that starts or ends on a computer causes Rundll32Kill to
determine if an error window has popped up and then closes it upon
finding that the error message pertains to the Rundll32 Windows host
process error. The close of the error window is done very quickly
and will probably never be seen.

Only one instance of Rundll32Kill will be allowed to run on a system.

Note: On rare occasions, Rundll32Kill will not start working as it is
supposed to upon starting. If this happens, simply do the
Shift/Alt/BackSpace sequence and restart the program.

  Source information:

Rundll32Kill requires the 'TWatch' Delphi component that can be
  found at: http://www.bome.com/delphi/watch/
---------------------------------------------------------------------
The author of this program recently ran an anti virus program on
a Vista system that flagged the Watching.dll module as being a virus
called 'Backdoor.SubSeven.DHE'. This dll, which is a required down-
load for the Rundll32Kill program to use (see Source information), was
apparently used by the 'Backdoor.SubSeven.DHE' virus to gather
information from the system for its backdoor exploits. I have the
code for this dll and it has no ability to transmit anything except
to the program that is calling it. As a result of the copyright, I
cannot distribute the dll with Rundll32Kill. For your own protection,
do not reply to any request by Rundll32Kill to access the web. It
should not make such a request and I do not believe that the dll will
make any such request either.
