The Ez4file can be running as either a separate web site, such as ef.yourdomain.com, or a service of existing web site, such as www.yourdomain.com/ef/.

To configuring a web server for Ez4file (Assuming the Ez4file is installed in the directory "C:\Program Files\Ez4file"):

• Make C:\Program Files\Ez4file\web-root as the virtual root of the web site or as the virtual folder for the service of existing web site.

• Make C:\Program Files\Ez4file\bin as the virtual script directory, such as Scripts for IIS and cgi-bin for Apache or other web servers.

• Make C:\Program Files\Ez4file\web-root\Default.htm, which redirect to Scripts\ef.exe, or C:\Program Files\Ez4file\web-root\index.html, which redirect to cgi-bin\ef.exe, as the default html page for web site or service of existing web site.

• Make sure the web access user has all the rights to write file in Ez4file directory and its sub-directories.

Click IIS or Apache under Configuring Web Server on left pane to get detailed procedures for configuring a web server to run Ez4file as a separate web site, such as ef.yourdomain.com.
