The software starts up minimized in the taskbar. A right click context menu gives access to its functionality.

Its main purpose is to create MS ACCESS databases (version MS ACCESS 2000); these databases work fine if you use MS ACCESS 2002-2003 or MS ACCESS 2007.

Its secondary purpose is to copy the path name of the new mdb to the clipboard and open it in MS access and its location in Explorer.

Additionally it can create Tables and fields.

How to make it go:
Rt click on the icon in the systray, select Create Database.

You should then see a window with 4 text boxes one will start with C:\ in it, the others will be empty.

Type the Drive letter you desire over the C:\, in the empty box type the directory and filename of the new database. Drive letters can also be network paths.
Example Box1: "D:\" Box2: "MyNewDB".

The third box is for Table Names you want, leave blank for none and separate all table names with a comma.

The fourth box is for field names. Separate all field names with a comma or leave it blank. An Auto number field is appended as Field name ID. If you create a table but leave fields blank you will get two fields, ID as Auto number and Field1.

The database will be created and its path "D:\MyNewDB.mdb" will be copied to the clipboard. Any tables you wanted will be made with the fields you wanted. Keep in mind the Tables will all have the same fields.

The database will optionally be opened along with the Explorer to its location. You are then free to modify the new database in anyway you see fit.

Requirements:
MS Access 2000
WinXP

Possibly MDAC_2.8.EXE from Microsoft
