The software starts up minimized in the taskbar. A right click context menu gives access to its functionality.

Its main purpose is to create empty MS ACCESS databases (version MS ACCESS 2000), these databases work fine if you use MS ACCESS 2002-2003 or MS ACCESS 2007.
Its secondary purpose is to copy the path name of the new mdb to the clipboard and open it in MS access and its location in Explorer.
How to make it go:
Rt click on the icon in the systray, select Create Database.
You should then see a window with two text boxes one will start with C:\ in it, the other will be empty.
Type the Drive leter you desire over the C:\, in the empty box type the directory and filename of the new database.
Example Box1: "D:\" Box2: "MyNewDB". The database will be created and its path "D:\MyNewDB.mdb" will be copied to the clipboard. The database will be opened along with the Explore to its location. You are then free to modify the new database in anyway you see fit.
